Apart-Hotel (Sui Generis) development with associated amenity space, landscaping and cycle parking at 254 Leith Walk, Edinburgh, was successfully granted on 25 November 2025.
The application was recommended for approval by the planning officer and DMSC following successful negotiation with the council during the planning application stage. This proposal will provide a much needed tourist accommodation within the City and will regenerate a previously used warehouse site to apart-hotel.
