SHP managed the pre-application consultation for revised residential development proposals during Summer 2021. In March 2022, the Development Management Sub-Committee of the City of Edinburgh Council resolved to grant planning permission subject to a legal agreement.
7 Henderson Place Lane, Edinburgh
During Summer 2021, SHP managed the pre-application consultation for the proposed demolition of the existing building and residential redevelopment at this site in the New Town. Conservation area consent was granted and the Development Management Sub-Committee of the City of Edinburgh Council resolved to grant planning permission to grant subject to a legal agreement in December 2021.
Scores Hotel, St Andrews
In summer 2021, SHP managed pre-application consultation for the proposed extension and alterations to The Scores Hotel, St Andrews which was granted planning permission by delegated powers in February 2022.

SHP contributed to the pre-application consultation process for a zero carbon mixed-use development comprising office and hotel uses at this important public transport hub in Edinburgh. The planning application was submitted in September 2022
