Scott Hobbs Planning (SHP) has secured planning permission and listed building consent for a replacement extension at 18 Grange Terrace, Edinburgh. The application was submitted in March 2018 but was refused in June 2018. SHP was then instructed to prepare and submit an appeal to the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals (DPEA). The Reporter agreed with the proposals and SHP’s supporting information and recommended in favour of the proposal.
