Today, acting for client Stone Acre Projects, Scott Hobbs Planning submitted Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent applications for the change of use at 4 Torphichen Street from office use to four residential apartments.
Modest internal alterations are proposed to facilitate this change of use of the B listed building in the West End Conservation Area and retain the special interest of the building.
SHP hope to add to our previous successes with Stone Acre for a similar development at neighbouring 8-12 Torphichen Street and our recent success at 17-21 Blackfriar’s Street, both for changes in use.
