Scott Hobbs Planning (SHP) have recently submitted Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent application for the former Abbey Mount Centre in Edinburgh for our client to change the private office spaces, meeting rooms and space to 11 residential apartments with a communal roof terrace, retaining the existing cafe.
