SHP has successfully obtained planning permission for 22 room apart-hotel at 3 Piershill Terrace, Edinburgh. A delegated approval was obtained following discussions with the council. This proposal will provide a much needed tourist accommodation within the City and will regenerate a previously used garage site to apart-hotel.
