Planning and Conservation Area Consent Applications Submitted for a Major Mixed-Use Development at Dundas Street, Edinburgh

SHP (Scott Hobbs Planning), on behalf of MMMARS Dundas Limited, has submitted applications for planning permission and listed building consent for a site at the corner of Dundas Street and Fettes Row, Edinburgh. The applications were submitted following submission of a Proposal of Application Notice and pre-application consultation with the local community and City of Edinburgh Council, Historic Environment Scotland and Edinburgh World Heritage. The site is currently occupied by a 1980s office building which is proposed to be demolished to erect a high-quality, mixed-use development, with 3 commercial units and 44 residential flats and associated green space, infrastructure, car and cycle parking.
