SHP (Scott Hobbs Planning), on behalf of Alicydon Ltd, have submitted applications for planning permission and listed building consent at Custom House, Dundee. The proposed development comprises the change of use and sympathetic conversion of Custom House to form 20 apartments and the erection of two new build blocks within the site, which will contain a total of 29 apartments. The proposals have been carefully designed following pre-application consultation with Dundee City Council, Dundee Civic Trust, Dundee City Centre and Harbour Community Council, and Historic Environment Scotland. The proposals will enable the removal of the A-Listed Building from the ‘Buildings at Risk Register’ and contribute to the overall regeneration of the site.
