SHP is pleased to announce the successful approval of planning appeal at the DPEA for a PBSA development in Willowbrae, Edinburgh. This planning permission allows for the erection of a four-five storey student accommodation building with ground floor commercial use in an urban, brownfield site. The proposal will provide accommodation for 138 students with sufficient internal and external amenity spaces. The DPEA Reporter noted that the proposed development would be suitable for accessing at least five further education facilities directly by cycling or public transport within a reasonable journey time.
