SHP have coordinated and led the submission of planning application on behalf of the client Castle Properties Ltd. The planning application is for erection of three short-term let holiday lodges along with external shared decked area within the grounds of the Category A listed Drylaw House in Edinburgh. The proposal includes access arrangements and landscaping strategy which integrates with the existing landscape and improves the overall biodiversity of the site. SHP will continue to manage the application process to a decision.
