SHP have coordinated in the public consultation process and led the submission of planning application on behalf of the client Silvermills Estates and Land Ltd. The planning application is for a mixed-use development comprising of purpose-built student accommodation and commercial units which replace the existing derelict ‘ATIK’ night club at West Tollcross in Edinburgh. The proposal also aims to improve the existing public realm along the West Tollcross and Lochrin terrace junction. SHP will continue to manage the application process to a decision.
