Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent Secured at Calton Road, Edinburgh

SHP (Scott Hobbs Planning) has gained planning permission and conservation area consent for the demolition of the vacant former nightclub and the erection of 22 flats with office space at the ground floor. The Development Management Sub Committee agreed that the development will have no adverse effect on the World Heritage Site or Conservation Area. The development will provide high quality accommodation and make good use of a sustainable city centre site. Architect: Morgan McDonnell
