SHP had previously submitted a planning application at this site to demolish the existing building on site and erect a residential development of 58 flats, open space, and associated infrastructure. This application was minded to grant subject to S75 in March 2020. SHP then submitted revised proposals for the site, to increase the density of housing at this accessible site to 65 flats and are delighted to announce the revised proposals have now been minded to grant subject to S75.
