SHP Gains Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent at Nethergate House, Dundee

Scott Hobbs Planning (SHP) has secured planning permission and listed building consent at Nethergate House in Dundee, which is A Listed and within the University Conservation Area. The former Clydesdale Bank has been vacant since 2017. Following the submission of listed building consent and planning permission applications by SHP in May 2019, consent has now been granted for the change of use from Class 2 to a restaurant and bar.
