SHP (Scott Hobbs Planning) has secured planning permission for the demolition of two vacant business units and erection of four apartment buildings and a terrace of mews houses. 113 units will be provided in total and 28 of these will be affordable. The development will make use of a sustainable urban site providing much needed housing. The Development Management Sub Committee agreed the development was of acceptable design, which would positively impact the local area and provide much needed affordable housing. Architect: CDA Group
