Scott Hobbs Planning (SHP) recently submitted Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent planning applications to amend a major hotel scheme at Clyde Street and Dixon Street, Glasgow on behalf of client; Ashcap (CNC) LLP.
The 13 storey 209-bed hotel scheme previously granted planning permission in 2014 for a DoubleTree by Hilton sits within and alongside an existing listed building in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre overlooking the River Clyde.
Project Update – Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted July 2017 and November 2016 respectively
