SHP has successfully obtained planning permission for a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development at Dunedin Street Edinburgh through a delegated decision from City of Edinburgh Council. This proposed development provides 155 studio beds with associated amenity space, access, cycle parking, disabled car parking and landscaping.
