Proposed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated infrastructure.
The application for planning permission was submitted in April 2023 and granted consent in September 2023 by Aberdeenshire Council, with SHP leading the management of the application.
SHP was engaged in preparing PAN and managing extensive pre-application consultation programme with Aberdeenshire Council and the local community for the proposal comprising BESS and associated infrastructure. SHP worked closely with project team, in preparing EIA Screening request and submission of planning application to Aberdeenshire Council through decision.
