SHP managed the pre-application enquiry for a redevelopment at 33-39 Drapery Northampton, including the submission of a pre- application submission and liaison with Northampton Council.
An application for Planning and Listed Building Consent was submitted in December 2020 for proposed demolition of the existing building in a conservation area and the redevelopment for the site of proposed mixed-use development comprising of student- built accommodation, basement and ground floor retail and other associated works, with SHP leading the management of the applications.
Full planning permission was granted February 2022.
