Granton Waterfront (Phase 1) – Edinburgh

Mixed-use residential led development with ground floor commercial units and associated public realm, mobility hub facilities, and site enabling works for proposed primary school at Granton waterfront, Edinburgh.

The application for planning permission was submitted end May 2024. Pending determination.

SHP assisted in a productive pre-application process with The City of Edinburgh Council and provided strategic planning advice on application approach and planning policy framework. SHP worked closely with the project team in preparing the Planning Statement and reviewing the PAC community engagement report, Design and Access Statement and other supporting documentation.
