SHP managed the pre-application process for local scale redevelopment at 115 Lasswade Road Edinburgh, including pre-application submission and liaison with Edinburgh City Council.
Application for Planning Permission was submitted June 2020 for the demolition of existing hotel and redevelopment of the site for purpose-built student accommodation including landscaping and all ancillary development.
The planning was unfortunately refused and then appealed to the DPEA (Planning and Environmental Appeals Division) in March 2021. The appealed was then granted by a reporter in June 2022.
